These terms govern use of ataliajewelry.com and purchases from Atalia Jewelry. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to the applicable terms and transaction documents.

You agree to provide accurate information and not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or use it for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
Pre-owned pieces are generally one of one. A listing, inquiry, or checkout request is not an acceptance of an order or a reservation. Atalia may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, withdraw an item, request verification, or decline a transaction before acceptance and cleared payment.
Photographs form part of the description, but screens can display color and scale differently. Written dimensions, metal descriptions, condition notes, and direct answers provided before payment should guide your decision.
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless noted otherwise and may change before an order is accepted. Applicable tax, shipping, insurance, or other disclosed charges may be added. Payment must be completed through the secure method provided for the transaction; never send card details by email.
Atalia evaluates items using its sourcing and review process. Brand names and trademarks identify the pre-owned items being offered. Atalia is independent and is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by the designers represented unless expressly stated.
The Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Warranty Policy, listing, invoice, and secure checkout terms are incorporated into these terms. If transaction-specific written terms conflict with a general site policy, the transaction-specific terms control to the extent permitted by law.
Checkout, payment, shipping, authentication support, or other services may be supplied by third parties. Their sites and services have separate terms. Atalia is not responsible for third-party systems beyond responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
The site’s original text, design, graphics, and photographs belong to Atalia or their respective owners and may not be commercially reproduced without permission. The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atalia disclaims implied warranties not expressly included in the written transaction terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atalia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from site use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Before filing a dispute, you agree to contact sales@ataliajewelry.com and make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue. Governing law and venue, when needed, will follow applicable law and any valid transaction-specific agreement.
