We do not ship to P.O. boxes, package-forwarding services, hotels, or addresses that cannot be verified. We may limit delivery to the billing or other verified address approved during checkout.
The expected processing time and delivery service for your order will be confirmed in writing before payment. Processing begins after payment clears and buyer and address verification are complete.
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. If a material delay occurs before shipment, we will contact you with available options.
Accepted orders are shipped with tracking, insurance based on the shipment value, and an adult-signature requirement. The recipient should inspect the package promptly after delivery and retain all packaging.
